More Car Parks at Flinders Private Hospital for our Patients and Visitors

Flinders Private Hospital has recently increased car parking capacity and now offers three car parks for our patients and visitors. All three car parks are open 24hrs a day, seven days a week and operate a fully automated ticket system.

CAR PARK 1

Patient and Disabled parking is located in Car Park 1 at the front of Flinders Private Hospital on Service Road, first left off Flinders Drive from Main South Road (refer Car Park Map).

CAR PARK 2

Visitors to Flinders Private Hospital can park in Car Park 2 on Service Road, first left off Flinders Drive from Main South Road (refer Car Park Map).

CAR PARK 3

Care Park multi-storey public car park located on Flinders Drive accessible to Flinders Private Hospital via a short 5 minute walk along the small service Road. Head North towards the rail line. Once you reach Service Road, turn right and follow the path towards Flinders Private Hospital. (Please note: There is no access to FPH via the FMC/Northern Entrance). All public parking areas at Flinders Private Hospital have boom gates with ticket machines installed. Payment must be made prior to leaving the car park, ticket payment booths (2) are located at the front of Flinders Private Hospital, to the left of the front entrance (refer Car Park Map).

All public areas will be patrolled. If you park in a non-public area or short-term drop off area for a long period of time, you may be fined.

Disabled Car Parks are located in all three car parks and are free of charge to all state government issued Disability Parking Permit holders (refer Car Park Map). When exiting the car park, press the button on the boom gate terminal to speak to a car park attendant who will request the Disability Car Park Permit number and open the gate.

The patient drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the front entrance of Flinders Private Hospital. Cars are not to be left unattended and must not stop in the designated Ambulance zone.

Taxis will collect and drop-off at the front entrance of Flinders Private Hospital. A Taxi “Free Call” phone is located next to the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), opposite the Reception desk in the front foyer.

A bicycle rack is located at the rear eastern corner of Flinders Private Hospital Car Park 1 (refer Car Park Map)
Bicycle parking is free.
